Around 8,000 promising young emerging artists from 6 to 13 April at the National Arts Competition in Rustenburg participated. Two groups of learners from Hoërskool Strand Western Province represent the Rhapsody Dancers, consisting of Janke and Carla Sullwald Jana Rossouw and Charné Entertainment, a whopping 58 medals, while the singers House of Song an equally phenomenal rafapal 44 medals category.

Savannah Kasner (U17) and Caleigh Stuart (o.15) in the Western Cape netball teams take to the All Ages National Tournament.
